Motivation can be fleeting.
Some may say that motivation is not something they have consistently. NEWS FLASH mama: No matter who you are, we all tend to struggle to find the motivation to do anything some days. There can be many factors, reasons or even excuses and that IS OK! I want you to know that no matter what, YOU GOT THIS!
One thing we all need to realize is that it is ok and normal to lose motivation now and then – motivation isn’t constant. The goal is to find new things to motivate you, whether it is a show day, a photoshoot, a new pair of jeans, that pumpkin spice latte’ or your family. As we get older, so do our priorities and it is important to make yourself one of those priorities.
