My name is Patricia and I am a Brazilian (born and raised) from Sao Paulo, Brazil. At the age of 22 I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from FMU and later went on to obtain my Master’s degree at the same University for Sports and Training. I have always been very interested in Pilates. After I finished my Master’s degree, I went on to pursue and become a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor. Soon after I finished with my STOTT Pilates certification, I had a great opportunity to work in the Middle-East. While there I was also blessed to work for the Bahrain Royal Family as a personal trainer. Working in Bahrain granted me the opportunity to learn and teach everything to do with physical fitness and inner peace. 🙏🏼 Along my journey in Bahrain I came to fall in love with CrossFit and had the grand opportunity to obtain my CrossFit Level 1 certification. I traveled to London, England and became a Certified CrossFit Level 1 instructor. One more great thing to come from Bahrain was meeting my Husband. About a year after meeting him, I moved to the United States. I am now a navy wife and a proud mom of 2 little ones. 👧🏼👶🏻❤️ Being in the United States has also offered me many opportunities in the Fitness world. As I got older, I wanted to expand on my knowledge for Nutrition. So that is exactly what I did, I went back to school and obtained my Master’s Certifications in Sports Nutrition, Holistic Nutrition, Weight Management, and Nutrition Consultant from AFPA.

Hi, I’m Annie! I’m a Lebanese-Armenian-American born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I’m a wife and full time mom to two kids, ages 2 and 4. Before kids I worked out 5 days a week and counted macros religiously. Now I aim for 3-4 workouts a week mainly for my mental sanity and I eat intuitively. I’m a huge advocate of balance. Juggling the demands of motherhood while maintaining my own identity is so important to me. I struggle with it all the time – but I’m a constant work in progress!
