To manage or cancel your Protea Nutrition subscription, log into your account via the login menu item.  Once logged in, you will see your dashboard page (the direct url is https://proteanutrition.com/my-account).  From the dashboard, click on the Subscriptions link on the left sidebar.  On the subscriptions page you will see active and canceled subscriptions.  To modify or cancel a subscription, click on the View button to the right.  Once you’ve drilled down into the subscription, you can perform the following actions:

  • Suspend 
  • Cancel
  • Change Address
  • Change Payment
  • Renew Now

No, we are not able to provide this feature.  A possible workaround would be to cancel your existing subscription, and create a new sub with the new mix of products.  You can also have more than one active subscription (ie. you can “add” an item by creating a new subscription purchase).

Yes, we have a 100% no hassle return policy.  You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.  Please click HERE to refer to our ‘Return’ page for more information.  

We typically ship everything priority mail via USPS.

$8.00 flat rate unless shipping international.

You will get an email from info@proteanutrition that includes your tracking number.
